PIZZA
Giacomoni pizza was created for those who want to offer quality pizza without having to run a traditional pizzeria. It's a round, pre-cooked pizza, designed to be reheated in just a few minutes and guarantee consistent results every time, without the need for specialized staff. A practical and reliable solution for pizzerias, restaurants, bars, hotels, seasonal venues, food trucks, and events, designed for those with limited space, limited staff, and no desire to complicate their work.

A pizza designed for professional service
Our pizza is made with a high-quality artisanal dough, designed to ensure flavor, structure, and digestibility. It's not a neutral base, but a true pizza that, once regenerated, doesn't leave you feeling like you're eating a freshly prepared product. The production process is designed to ensure consistent results, service after service.
Easy to use, even without a pizza chef
The Giacomoni pizza maker is designed to be used by anyone, even those without specific pizza-making experience. It doesn't require technical expertise, dough handling, or time-consuming preparation. This makes it ideal for small-staffed establishments, compact kitchens, or seasonal businesses where simplicity and speed are key.
Quick and easy regeneration
The pizza is already cooked and just needs to be reheated.
The average regeneration time is about 3 minutes at 250°C. The result may vary slightly depending on the seasoning used and the type of oven.
A professional oven isn't necessary: pizza can be reheated in any oven, even a home one. This allows it to be easily installed in any kitchen, without additional investment in equipment.
Conservation and shelf life
Giacomoni pizza has a guaranteed shelf life of 40 days.
It can be stored at room temperature, in a cool, dry place, without any special precautions.
Upon request, versions that can be stored in the refrigerator or freezer are also available, to meet specific logistical and organizational needs.
